D.Peraturan menteri pertanian nomor:98/Permentan/O.T.140/9/2013,tanggal 02 oktober 2013 tentang pedoman perizinan usaha perkebunan.
Polres mendukung dilaksanakannya penindakan terhadap pelaku pencurian TBS yang saat ini lagi marak dilingkungan perkebunan.
Pejabat yang menerbitkan:
- Gubernur untuk wilayah lintas kabupaten/kota.
- Bupati/walikota untuk wilayah dalam suatu kabupaten/kota.
Pimpinan Adolina kabupaten serdang bedagai Manajer: yudhi hari Prabowo.
Askep: kevin Bramantio. APK: Syahbana Rangkuti.
Mengusulkan agar dilaksanakan CJS (Criminal Justice System) dengan pihak instansi terkait guna mendukung pemberlakuan UU perkebunan di kabupaten serdang bedagei dan deli serdang.
Tujuan pemahaman hukum tentang pencurian TBS dan pencemaran lingkungan di lingkungan PTPN IV unit pabrik dan kebun Adolina.
