Hasil pantauan dilokasi, kondisi rumah warga yang terendam air diakibatkan karena tidak adanya saluran pembuangan, sehingga disaat hujan deras dengan intensitas tinggi, debit air tidak sesuai dengan kondisi tanah resapan, sehingga mengakibatkan genangan air, dilokasi genangan air saat ini ada aktivitas pembangunan perumahan palem medina,menurut keterangan dari tenaga kerja teknik perumahan diperkirakan akan di bangun sebanyak lebih kurang 600 unit.
Sampai dengan informasi ini didapatkan, pihak pengembangan perumahan, Muspika kecamatan Tanjung Morawa, Satgas Pol PP Tanjung Morawa dan Pemerintah Desa Medan Sinembah masih melakukan musyawarah untuk mencari solusi dalam mengatasi saluran pembuangan air yang mengakibatkan genangan air merendam rumah warga.
